The house is over 250 years old. The house is renovated, while the interior was kept in its original state. The wood-carvings and all other hand-made wooden elements were completely preserved. The furnishing is almost the same as it was 250 years ago. Near by the house is another attractive guest house - \"Kashtata s loznicata\". The two houses form a mini-complex, suitable for larger groups of tourists. The houses have common service and reception.
